Water Supply System
Water supply system is the one which feeds all types of waters like Potable water for domestic, RO water for drinking, STP treated water for toilet flushing & makeup water for HVAC, DM water for laboratories and process water for any specific requirements with all the required valves like pressure reducing valves, control valves & water hammer preventers to arrest the hammering in the pipes. Air release valves to escape the air in the systems. water meters to calculate the usage of water, flow meters to calculate the flow in the system. This system shall be provided in both gravity & hydro pneumatic systems.

Water Treatment Plant
We recommend to treat the water for domestic and drinking purposes in case the sourced water is not to the standard of World Health Organisation (WHO). Water treatment generally can be done by sand filter, carbon filter, softener, RO system, iron remover, etc.
Drainage System
Drainage system is very essential system for the hygiene point of view. This system will provide the drain facility for the sewage & waste lines from the toilets, kitchens, effluent from the laboratories process areas, etc., which will be terminated to either septic tanks, municipal sewers, sewage treatment plants (STP), effluent treatment plants (ETP). This system will be provided either through sunken slab or through suspended drainage system or external vacuum drainage system.
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Soil and Waste from toilets, kitchens, pantries, utility areas are treated by aerobic and anaerobic methods, further polish the treated water with carbon and sand filters and subsequently ultra filtration (UF). The treated water used for toilet flushing, gardening, car wash, floor & road wash, etc. Pumps and blowers are also part of sewage treatment.
Decentralized Wastewater Treatment System (DEWATS)
DEWATS is another method of sewage treatment which employs only gravity system by means of civil tanks without any electrical and mechanical equipment.
Rain and Storm Water Management
Rain & Storm water management system will provide the drain facility for roof rain water & site storm water with rain water harvesting systems like rain water recharge wells, rain water percolation pits and rain water harvesting trenches, etc.
Fire Fighting System
This system is a life saving system which will be done in all the buildings as per the National Building Code (NBC), NFPA, FM & as per the fire authorities requirement, with sprinkler system, internal hydrant system, yard hydrant system, landing valve, hose reel arrangement. Pressure is always maintained with the help of fire pump, jockey pump and diesel pump in auto mode.
Fire Alarm System
This is also a life saving system with a fire alarm & smoke detectors in required spaces to sense the smoke & fire and give signal to analog control panel, which will be identified by the shift admin personnel for necessary action.
Public Address System
This system is an audible system which will give announcement to public during normal condition and panic situation. Which will help to evacuate the public during emergency situations.
